• Trade AI is an information, research and education platform. It provides market data, AI-generated chart and portfolio analysis, signals, news sentiment, simulations and developer APIs.
• Trade AI is not regulated as a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fund, or financial institution in any jurisdiction, and does not hold any such licence.
• Trade AI does not execute trades, hold client money, hold client assets, or take custody of any funds or securities.
• Trade AI does not solicit or accept money for trading, investment, deposits, or any financial product. If anyone asks you to send funds for trading or investment in the name of Trade AI, it is not us — report it to info@smartchain.me immediately.

All content on the platform — including AI signals, entry/exit levels, stop-loss and take-profit suggestions, chart analyses, portfolio insights, news sentiment and simulated results — is generated automatically for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument, and does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs.

AI output can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, and past or simulated performance does not indicate future results. Every decision you make is your own. You should obtain independent advice from an appropriately licensed professional before acting.

Subscription fees are charged solely for operational costs and the provision of technology as a service — platform hosting, AI processing, market data licensing, engineering and support. They are not an investment, not a deposit, not a contribution to any trading pool or fund, and carry no expectation of profit, return, yield or capital growth.

• Plans renew for the period you select. There is no automated card-on-file renewal; access continues while your period is paid and is restricted when it lapses.
• Fees are payable in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable once the period has begun.
• Prices, plan features, quotas and fair-use limits may change with notice.
• Free tiers carry usage limits and cooldowns and are provided as-is with no service commitment.

Market data is licensed from third-party vendors and supplied to you on that basis. Charges relating to market data are for access to the data service.

• Individual users may use market data for education, training, research and personal record-keeping only. Redistribution, resale, public display, or use in a commercial product is not permitted.
• Business users may use market data through the API to build their own applications and solutions, subject to their plan limits and the relevant vendor terms.
• Data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted or unavailable. It is provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness and must not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision.

Trade AI provides business customers with an API and supporting tooling only. If you build a product, platform, bot or service on top of Trade AI:

• You are solely responsible for your own regulatory status, licensing, registrations, disclosures, consumer protections, marketing claims and tax obligations in every jurisdiction you operate in.
• You are solely responsible for your relationship with your end users, including your own terms, privacy notice, consents, support and complaint handling.
• You must not present Trade AI output as regulated advice, as a guarantee of performance, or as an offer of any financial product, and you must pass through an equivalent "not financial advice" disclaimer to your end users.
• Trade AI accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your platform, your end users, your compliance, or any loss arising from them, and you indemnify Smart Chain Technology against any claim, penalty, cost or demand arising out of your use of the API or your own service.

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its data other than as expressly permitted; do not attempt to bypass quotas, entitlements or security; do not upload unlawful content or another person's data without a lawful basis; do not use the platform for market manipulation or any unlawful purpose.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or expose the platform or its vendors to legal risk.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and display it in order to deliver the features you request. We do not use your portfolio or trading data for our own purposes or to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, vendor outages or factors beyond our control. No uptime guarantee is given unless separately agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Chain Technology and Trade AI disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Trade AI shall have no liability for any trading, investment or financial loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, its data, or its AI output — however caused. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Smart Chain Technology, its officers, employees and vendors harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense arising from your use of the platform or your breach of these terms.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Smart Chain Technology regarding Trade AI. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions: info@smartchain.me.
